Returns & Replacements

Our top priority at Home Comforts Bed and Bath is customer satisfaction. We will be happy to accept returns for refund or exchange. However, there are some conditions:

Exchanges or refunds are valid within 14 days of purchase.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrectly fulfilled orders.

We do not accept returns on "personal use" items such as sleeping pillows and mattress pads.

Return shipping charges and method are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please enclose a copy of your original sale receipt.
