Value Quality Price Lenox's quality has considerably gone down in the last couple of years. Towels are thin and yet they are extremly expensive compared to other better brand towels in the store.(Posted on 10/29/12)
As a side note, I also ordered the Lenox Nouveau quilt and pillow shams and sent both back due to the unexpected poor quality of both.
I don't know what's going on w/Lenox, and I don't mind paying the price for quality, but to pay the price and not get quality is not acceptable.
